2. Shipping Destinations

MerchDistributor ships to addresses within United Kingdom, as well as to select international destinations. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • International Shipping (Uninsured): 14-60 Days
  • International Shipping Tracks: 14-60 days

Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the rates given by post masters and delivery services

7. Order Tracking

If you have purchased tracked shipping, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

MerchDistributor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you to the best of our ability, but ultimate responsibility lies with the carrier.

9. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
